Heather is an award-winning designer and leading expert on web design and user experience. For the past 12 years, she has led Esquire Digital’s design and development of exceptional websites for law firms.
Heather has been honored with multiple prestigious awards from The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), including three Webby Awards — one in 2023 and two in 2025 — for Best Legal Website. She also received two Lovie Awards in 2023 for innovation in responsible technology within the legal sector, and a 2024 Anthem Award for her work in Civil & Human Rights.
In addition to being an award recipient, Heather contributes her expertise as a judge for leading industry organizations. She serves on the judging panels for The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), which oversees the Webby, Lovie, and Anthem Awards, as well as The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), which administers the Davey, Communicator, and w3 Awards.
Heather is honored to serve as a judge for both The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA) and The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences — two of the most respected organizations in the digital and creative industries.
As a member of AIVA, the body behind the Communicator, Davey, and w3 Awards, Heather helps set the standard for creative excellence across web, design, video, and advertising. Membership in AIVA is by invitation only and reserved for professionals with demonstrated achievement in their fields — a distinction underscored by Heather’s consistent recognition with Gold-level honors across multiple AIVA programs.
She also contributes her expertise as a judge for the Webby Awards, Lovie Awards, and Anthem Awards, playing a role in shaping the digital landscape across global categories spanning design, innovation, and impact.
Beyond accolades, Heather’s expertise has been featured in interviews with leading organizations like Rutgers University and WP Engine, highlighting her influence and thought leadership in website design and digital innovation.
Heather began her academic journey at the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York City. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in design from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
